IPMA

IPMA is Portugal's national institute for sea and atmosphere, publishing its open weather and climate data as a REST service. Callers can list the covered locations and their identifiers, fetch a multi-day daily forecast for a city or district, retrieve current observations from weather stations, and pull warnings, seismic activity reports, sea state, UV index and wildfire risk levels. Forecast values include temperature, precipitation probability, wind and weather type codes. No credentials required.
