Callers can create a drop holding encrypted text or data and get back a retrieval link or identifier, set how long it lives and how many times it may be read, fetch a drop by its identifier (destroying it on read), and delete a drop before it expires. Useful for passing credentials or one-time notes between systems. No credentials required.
