Callers can fetch a random cat, a random cat matching one or more tags, a specific cat by its id, or restrict results to GIFs, and can overlay custom text with a chosen font, size, and color. It also lists the available tags and returns cat metadata as JSON, and images can be resized or filtered via query parameters. No credentials required.
