Trigger
Item DeliveredTriggers when a postcard, letter, notecard, or giftcard is delivered to a recipient.
- New Order
Fires once for each new order placed in your thanks.io account.
- QR Code Scan
Triggers when a QR Code on a postcard, letter, or notecard is scanned. This will also trigger when a giftcard is redeemed.
- Add Recipient
Adds a recipient to your account and to an optional list. Only US or Canadian addresses are accepted. If no/invalid address is specified and a valid email address is, we'll attempt to look up a valid street address using the email address for a fee.

Deletes a Recipient from Mailing List.

Returns the mailing address on file for a recipient in a thanks.io mailing list, looked up by their email address. Returns an empty list of matches when no recipient in that list has the email.

Add contactAdds a contact to BoldSign so it can be picked as a signer when creating documents. Returns the new contact's id and email address.

Deletes a contact from your BoldSign organization by its contact ID.
- Delete document
Deletes a BoldSign document. By default the document moves to trash for 30 days; it can be removed permanently instead.

Downloads the signed PDF of a BoldSign document and returns it as a file you can attach or upload in later steps.

Returns the details of a BoldSign contact — name, email, company, job title and phone number.

Revokes a BoldSign document that is still in the signing workflow, so signers can no longer open it. The reason you supply is shown to the signers.

Sends a document out for signature in BoldSign: uploads the file, adds up to three signers with their signature fields, and returns the new document's id.
- Send document reminder
Emails a reminder to the signers who have not yet signed a BoldSign document. A manual reminder can be sent once a day.
- Update contact
Updates an existing BoldSign contact's name, email, phone number, job title and company.
